Personnel planning
We plan our requirement of personnel very clear-sighted and conservative because we want to employ our staff long-termed in our company and do not want to enunciate any terminations of employment. Many employees are a part of the company from the very beginning and do still work with great motivation and joy.
Personnel acquisition
We are looking for employees who would like to assume responsibility in an international and technical company. Equality of opportunity as well as „cultural diversity“ is supported by us verifiably. Thus in our team are colleagues who can communicate in the following languages: German, English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and Arabian.
Personnel development
Next to the apprenticeships – mostly for our own necessity – we support the job-related development of our employees. This enables our staff to achieve appropriate qualifications for the operation in the premium-segment.
Personnel leading
Our CEOs have a cooperative and familial way of leading. Humor and fun during working and a familial atmosphere build the basic for a trustful teamwork. It is always possible to have constructive discussions and also in private matters our employees are present for each other. A daily lunch all together supports and stabilizes the strong team spirit.
